50mm diameter twin wheel castor fitted with a 3/8 UNF threaded stem designed to fasten castor wheels into square or round tube with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.9mm to 1.6mm and various internal diameters using an expanding socket.

  • Castor wheels come complete with an expanding connecting socket to suit your tube dimensions within the denoted range - see product specifications.
  • Expanding sockets work with a range of tube dimensions, so you don't need to search for an exact match.
  • 25mm of the castor's pintle stem is threaded so that the castor screws into the expanding socket nut.
  • The swivelling castor enables furniture to be pushed and pulled in any direction.
  • Our solid nylon castor wheel is superior to recycled plastic in strength and durability and rolls easily across carpet and smooth flooring.

    • 25mm of the castor's pintle stem is threaded so that the castor screws into the expanding socket nut.

  • Load capacity: 30kg per castor
    • Work out the weight of your furniture, including any contents, to determine your required load capacity. Then, divide the total weight of your furniture and contents by the individual weight capacity of the castors you plan to use. A 150-kilogram unit requires a minimum of five 30-kilogram maximum capacity castor wheels.
  • Important note: the 3/8 UNF is a fine-pitch thread with more threads per inch; it will not work with the 3/8 BSW.
